What We Do
Speed, Agility & Strengh Training
We offer skilled and age appropriate training to improve athlete speed, agility, flexibility, and strength. While training sessions are demanding, we ensure that training is age appropriate as well as appropriate for the athlete's skill level. Three sessions per week will include aerobic and anaerobic cardio training, weight lifting, and technique refinement.
Sport Specific Education
Along with preparing athletes to compete at their very best on the track, we teach event specific rules as well as the language used in the sport so that our athletes are keenly aware of what is expected of them. Additionally, we focus on the most efficient body mechanics and clearly explain why they lead to the greatest results. Knowing why something is performed a particular way can be just as important as how it is performed.
We have a very serious goal of helping as many youth athletes to run in college, and for as few of our parents as possible to have to pay our of pocket tuition! We strive to help our athletes to understand the importance of higher education, and have a true desire to earn a college education. Knowing the opportunities available through competitive sport, we have people in place to help our youth become coachable, recruitable athletes.
